Sawickipedia: Putin is a bully and he knows no one’s got the balls to standup to him. And unfortunately he knows he can make Obama blink. Bush tried to be his pal, Obama tried to level with him. The reality is we’re likely going to need to find a way to smack that bully down. No clue when or where but it’s likely going to need to happen.
