Ups and downs of a Stolen Laptop
Some incredibly slick mofo stole my laptop out of my backpack in Starbucks today. In spite of the fact that it was within two feet of me and in my backpack the whole time, I’d think it was my blissedout state that allowed the crime — except Rahim was facing me across the table. The thief got by both of us.

I’ve now switched all my important passwords, picked a new machine, and figured out the mail issues. I’m angry about the violation, but I’m pretty impressed by how well my online life is set up. And it’s not because I’m particularly well organized.
Sawickipedia: @Rafer so sorry sir! That sucks - but I agree between dropbox and hosted email - all my important data is auto-backed up in the cloud. Makes life a LOT less scary. Oh and congrats on the cribs! I can’t wait to hang w/ the expanded family!
